SecurePlus grading Fee Structure

This is now posted on PCGS as well, so if you are a small time collector-dealer like me then you don't submit to the higher end submission tier for more expensive coins so no change at all for us....at least for now image

I saw that. Express only for now.

I wonder if you can send a coin for reholder and get it for the $20 or is the reholder only for already secure plus coins?

It's cheaper to get the PCGS Secure Plus if you do an economy or regular submission and then send it in for a reholder where the fees would be an additional $30. image

Oh, for some stupid reason I thought this Plus thing was automatic and part of their grading going forward. Oh well.

Months ago, if I recall. Can't remember if it was early this year or late last year, and I think there was only 1 thread talking about it, but it has been a little while.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

After a lot of thought, how do the 3 graders know when to apply their skills for plus grading during the grading process? Or are there now two sets of graders, 3 each, one for standard and the other for plus grading? I'm thinking there are your usual 3 graders who are now always plus grading, it's just that if you haven't paid the extra $15 they don't let you have the + designation.
So my question is if the above is true, should they call the submitter and inform them that a few of their coins qualify for plusses that they will need to pay the extra $15 for each to receive those plusses?
It doesn't make sense that the graders would be troubled with what tier level they are grading on or whether is was standard or plus grading.
