1856 FEC, good example of net grading.

This coin appears to EF40 feather details. I'm guessing do to it's status as a popular key, the rim problems net graded it down to VF20.

Good, bad, my point being how TPG's have sometimes overlooked problems on key or rare coins in order to get them into a problem free holder.
