A message that I got from a fellow Lions Club member regarding excessively rare coins...

I belong to the Lions Club in my town. Now your very own Longacre will turn the big 4-0 next month, but I am considered the "kid" in the local group, and when I joined, I lowered the average age of the members to approximately 85. Regardless, it is nice to do good deeds for the town, and we raise a fair bit of money for the underprivileged in my town (mainly the ones that can only afford the BMW 3-series cars, rather than the 5-series).
I just received the following email from one of the members (age is approximately 75). I truly think the apocalypse is upon us. What do you think? The email was entitled, "It Has Begun!"
Here it is:
"My son Nick has checked this out on the Internet (It's his profession) and the statement "In God we Trust" does in fact appear on the coin; it's on the edge. He believes that it'll be changed and those coins will become collector coins.
I feel it is still inappropriate to hide the statement.

I have one of those too. Anytime I get an email from her that the title starts as FWD..........., it's gone before opening it.
