<< <i>36-P sometimes comes hammered like that. But I think it will not grade higher than 65. >>
I agree. And since there is some chatter evident in the right obverse field, and other areas are difficult to get a good look at, I'll guess it's an MS64.

I remain very positive about the incredible strike this Walker shows. Just take a look at the at the eagles leg feathers
compared to the CAC 65 leg. Could Bayard possibly be right that this MAY be a proof? Man, every detail is so clear compared to the 65 CAC.
I will not have this coin in hand until late week as I just purchased it. Thanks a million to all for the responses.
I will repost when a grade comes back from PCGS.

" Strike is normally well above average. Obverse and reverse centers are usually sharp Luster is brilliant with plenty of eye appeal, but the date is not commonly found with mint frost. This was the last year of the second hub design."
The above quote is from the fox book on WLH's.
The coin pictured is a well struck 36.
I would say you are looking at 65/66 but I just picked upa 66 CAC for what you paid plus your shipping fees/grading fees.
Nice coin but nothing to get crazy excited about.
Hoard the keys.

Nope it's a business strike... and a deliciously struck one!
If I had to guess, the coin looks like it has been dipped and has some chatter which will result in a 63 tops or even a 58 if there are luster breaks.
Unfortuantely I have to agree and would want to see this in hand prior to anything else. Yes, it has a wonderful strike. Hammered indeed. However, unless I am missreading, that coin has been dipped more than once, and the luster has been negatively affected.
From the picture I would say MS62 or 63 at best
Just my opinion ...
