20th century type set $40 - silver alone is worth more than that. Check out the date on the standing liberty
LOC $5 nearly filled. I would of bought it empty for $5

While this one was not purchased today. I did get this at a flea market called cowtown about 10 years ago for $500
now in PCGS plastic

No CC on the reverse of the Morgan just an S. But I do think it has chance at a 65.

Counterfeits are the bane of the flea markets just as doctored, AT and overpriced overgraded coins are the bane of the coin show circuit. You just need to be able to eliminate those pitfalls though knowledge of just what it is you are buying. 30+ years running hitting the flea markets with many a score but knock on wood never unknowingly purchased a counterfeit or took a huge loss. I have however purchased coins at shows and then had to sell at a loss because I paid the "going rate" to fill a hole. If I am going to gamble my money odds are better at the market and pawn shops for me. The guy that tried selling you the coins more than likely would of been taken at any venue - be it market, show, TV, ebay - he just did not know what he was doing
