Unless the price of silver explodes, I can't see that happening. Not with this economy and not with the current state of collectibles in general. l By explodes, I mean silver hits a minimum of $30 to $50 an ounce but even with that, only the lower end coins would get pushed up, the higher end would most like hold their value. (there's not enough silver in them to push the price up because the collectible value far exceeds the silver content).
I 'could' of course be wrong but any event... did this man have a name? Is he planning some global calamity that would drive the price of silver up?

I think I know who you're talking about. While the book combined with heavy promotion on his part may cause his prices of CC coins to go up to the people to whom he promotes them, the common issues are still priced rather high compared to their historical levels.

It always amazes me how the rumor mill operates.... and so many people believe the garbage that floats around. The real classic is "It's true, I saw it on the internet." Or the old one..."They could not say it on TV if it wasn't true." All rubbish, like most of the rumors and conspiracy theories. Ignore it and collect coins... (Oh yeah, I forgot... the world will end on Dec. 21, 2012...ROFLMFAO) Cheers, RickO
any day now I guess........................this thread still cracks me up...............MJ

Hmm, going to double in price? Thats odd considering I own a large array of CC morgans ranging from 200.00 to 20,000 and I have yet to see any signifigant price jump. I have however seen a few high end cc dmpl morgans drop in price.

Second guess: the original poster is selling some, and wants to fleece some newbies.
