I see no reason to call it market unacceptable, if that's what you're asking.
I'd like to examine it in-hand, as some of the color left on the rims bothers me (i'd expect a brown coin to be really brown in these areas), but my overall feel is the coin looks good to me.

Admittedly, that pic from Heritage has the same attributes as the OP's coin, so I'm sure it's Ok.
