    A camera????image

    Just my Nikon D200 with a Leica Photar 25/2 at f4. Took a combination of around 30 shots to get this pic and the help of Helicon Focus.

    I think that the "haze" on the bottom of the star is just the opposite. There is a little toning on the rest of the coin with the bright areas next to the stars. Seems to be a common feature of morgans and I think has something to do with striking and the change in the metal's hardness associated with that.
