Are you more confident buying coins since coming to Coin Universe ?
Or, are you more confident selling them ?

How has this place affected your Coinfidence ?

I am more knowledgeable of which dealers to deal with and which to stay away from. From that perspective, I guess you can say I have more confidence.

What he said. A synonym of confidence is trust, and that can only be gained through personal experience.

I have learned a LOT and gained many new friends. I have learned to hone my own grading skills especially in the series that I am most interested in, which i can't place a value on. I have also met a few sellers that I buy from, and found dealer that I trust very much. I spend hours per day on this forum and really enjoy it.

Although you really need to have been around here long enough to know who knows chit and who doesn't around here. Unfortunately some of the folks who really know chit no longer post here.

I agree ... knowledge is power. The more I learn the more confident I am with the hobby. This site has been a great place to learn.

The more I learn, the more that is revealed as to what I don't know. So I am probably less confident than before coming to the forum. Knowledge of certain things such as how openly coin docs operate, and how much money they make (it is a lot), seeing pics of counterfeit operations that are running full blast churning out decent fakes, makes me less confident.

This place has taught me when to stay in the cave and when to come out of the cave. Knowing which animals are deadly has helped also. Massive hot air is deadly for a cave dweller also.
