Stating that you returned an Ebay buy and that your rebate was cancelled?
I just got 4 emails , 2 for each account. They did show up in my (2) accounts in the list!!
The Emails look exactly like the MS Search emails. I did not click on links.
I got paid the rebates over a week ago, past the 60 day Ebay return policy. I never returned anything.
Anyone else?

The fact the same transactions show up in my account(s) is just really wierd.
The following day received an email stating just as those posted above, item returned, cancelled etc. Closer exam of the first email the date of the transaction did not match either the original purchase date nor the date funds were received. My impression is that somehow either a duplicate transaction from 3 months appeared or another individual's transaction was credited to my account.
Paypal account has not been charged back, however I have not been able to access the MSN Live cashback account screen.
Has anyone else had issues access the Live cashback account screen showing the past transactions?
I brought it to their attention and received the following reply:
<< <i>A technical issue has been identified causing some cashback transactions to be duplicated in accounts. This issue was recently resolved, however rather than removing the duplicate, the purchase will display in your account as cancelled instead. This should not affect your original purchases, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and the inconvenience this may have caused.

Of course, I never saw any duplicated transactions, just the reversal... but my account balance was never affected. You need to be watchful though, as folks on other forums have claimed that the errors have put their account into a negative balance and/or reversed pending legitimate cashback purchases...

When I first saw it, I thought I knew it was too good to be true. Then I thought scam.
Makes you wonder what other technical difficulties are occuring in the background.
