No. Unless your coins are so frigid (they'd have to be raw as well for this to matter) that condensation develops on their surface. That could possibly change their appearance.
i never gave it any thought. coins arrive during the day and then sit for a few hours till i get home from work. good point to bring up though. good idea to let `em sit for a couple hours during very cold weather.

Never thought about it; usually I am trying to get myself to room temperature before opening the coin box.

I have never given this a thought.
It can get pretty darn cold up here in upstate NY in Feb.
