Maybe, but I really can't remember the last time I saw a coin where the plastic around it would matter less. It is gorgeous in any slab.

Excellent coin but the rim is too weak on the obverse (between 11:00 and 3:00) to be anything outside of the grade it is.

it's a low end to vg-8 coin, but decent overall. no way in he11 it's a fine.
