  If you are an unc you are IMO a 60 on the obverse and a 63 on the reverse.

  If she is an Unc (as you say) ... which after some studying of the picture is quite possible ...
  
  then she is a 61 at best ... and appears very original
  
  She would look good in an AU58/MS62 set ...

  Possibly as high as 62 but it does not appear to be attractive. The mottling is substandard.

  I do not believe I see a MS piece.
  Look close at the high point luster breaks with a glass and see if you see the classic "birds nest" of tiny circulation marks as opposed to the flat look of a poorly struck area on a MS coin.
  I would not pay MS money for this coin.

  Some coins are just plain "Interesting"
