It's a great looking Vermont IMO, although the spot at 3:00 is a little distracting.... but not much. The color is very pretty and it seems full of luster.
The Vermont I believe has the highest relief of any of the Early Commems.
Definately worthy of the * designation for eye appeal, as nicely toned and mark free as I have seen on one of these (which admittedly is not many as it is not my area of numismatics) but still a lovely looking coin.
