Firsat of all, who said that all PSA 10's look the same? I wasen't talking about it looking different from other PSA 10's, but that sure can happen, not sure if thats the only 10, but I was talking about if thats the best Mantle card in a PSA 10??? Like the 51 Bowman and so on, so no need to be stupid like usual.
Giovanni
Edited to add: How about is a BVG 10 comes out??? Would you consider that an 11?
Not only is it incredible... but I believe it is actually his as well. Publius has some killer vintage football in disgustingly high grades, he's just too modest to show off much.
Unfortunately I don't have a bigger scan of this card that's on the registry - someone may remember where a larger scan is archived? - the T3 set is my favorite and to have a Cobb in PSA 8? I'ld have to sell the house and live in a 50 gallon drum for a few decades!
What a waste of another relic, that's why I am never going to buy any modern. I don't support game use junk, and auto's to be placed in pieces in cards.
Neat card, too bad that is the seller who has it up for auction, or I might go for it.
At least he is doing buy it now or best offers on it, instead of shill bidding his higher end stuff like has in the past.
He was caught red handed in the past, by some guys on the Beckett boards, got suspended on Ebay, and since then, has been allowed back on Ebay. I will never deal with him again, but I guess I know too much on how he conducts himself.
That is my most prized card. After carefully removing it from my safety deposit box using latex gloves, I scanned it and placed it back in the box, all under the supervision of an armed guard.
I didn't know either. So here is an education for us all.
Jacob Broom (October 17, 1752–April 25, 1810) was an American businessman and politician from Wilmington, in New Castle County, Delaware. He was a delegate to the U.S. Constitutional Convention of 1787, the Annapolis Convention (1786) and served in the Delaware General Assembly. He was the father of Congressman James M. Broom and grandfather of Congressman Jacob Broom.
His father was James Broom, a blacksmith turned prosperous farmer, and his mother was Esther Willis, a Quaker. In 1773 he married Rachel Pierce, and together they raised eight children.
I wonder how people would feel if Topps cut up the actual Constitution to make cards. I know there are a lot of people who would be in favor of it for a variety of different reasons

If anyone person was in favor of it, they should be deported and then hanged on some other country's soil...not good enough to be hanged on US soil.
As Hacksaw Jim Duggan would say...USA, USA, USA HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

As a Steeler fan, I wish the world could experience for just one second the joy that the sight of this card gave me. If that could happen, peace would reign across the globe.

<< <i>That PSA-10 Bowman Duke Snyder is the best looking card I have ever seen in my life for that year or as far as that goes . . . PERIOD! That is SICK! >>
Talking about Duke Snider, check out this auction Link
Also, check out this technology that this seller uses. Have any of you ever seen this before??? Never seen this before It lets you zoom in to the card to inspect the grade. First time i've ever seen this, pretty cool.
These aren't mine, but a few that I've saved from auctions over the years. There are some scans that are too good to pass up, like Mint Goudeys. They make my head spin.

Sometimes I just try to dumb it down a little so that you and I can communicate on a level playing field.
