It does look cam from the pics. It also looks pretty high grade but it is impossible to tell if the proof is hiding any hairlines. That being said from that angle is looks pretty darn nice to me.

I have a hard enough time trying to grade proof franklins in hand compared to business strikes.
I postulate it is much harder to grade proofs with a well taken pic than business strikes from a well taken picture??
