It would help if you would give us some more information. Did you mail your item to a confirmed address. Did the buyer file a dispute with PayPal & for what reason. Did you respond to the dispute & supply paypal with the information requested. What type of "unauthorized" transaction was it ... ie counterfeit, cigarettes, or any item not allowed on eBay .... Be a little bid more specific in your post.

If the transaction was marked as SPP eligible on the paypal transaction, and you have a
(1) qualified Verified Business or Premier Account
(2) Ship to the confirmed address on the Transaction Details page
(3) Retain reasonable proof of postage that can be tracked online
(4) Require signature receipt on transactions equal to or more in value than $250.00 USD
you will be covered.
If so email paypal and they will reverse the transaction.
Lot of great information at my other favorite forum http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/online-auctions/476549/

<< <i>How long has the buyer been a registered user and what's their fb rating? >>
They have been registered since 7-20-2004 and they have 17 positive transactions
Have you checked to see what types of things they've bought in the past on eBay? Was there a flurry of buying on their part around the time they bought from you?
Sometimes kids get a hold of their parents accounts, etc... But I can tell you from my past experience with paypal - it's a nightmare trying to get a chargeback reversed. They suck!
Good luck - hope it works out for you.
use the auction link and
contact the buyer
ask them how the game is working
don't mention chargeback
just try to get them to acknowlege they received it
on the eBay system
<< <i>Just submitted my response, i included the usps receipt and a link to the ebay auction page which states that due to the fact that the system had some problems it was being sold as is. I have over 2275 positive feedback, with a 99.9% positive rating. I also have over 700 positive paypal transactions. Do they look at this stuff when reviewing the claim? >>
No. They don't.
Why on God's green earth would you ever ship a PayPal paid item without delivery/signature confirmation?
That's an auto-lose if any chargeback is filed against you.
1/2 Cents
U.S. Revenue Stamps
Do not mention the chargeback.

Or become familiarized of what is required for PayPal protection.
A lot of people hide behind the computer, but if you call them to ask what the problem was, maybe they'll open up a little.
Good luck
