66CAM, DCAM maybe- can't tell from the photos. I like it!

'59 is a very tough date to catch in cameo. Does not appear to be DCAM. Could be a 67 or 68. It is all about the hairlines that virtually impossible to evaluate from a photograph. Just offering an opinion based on what I can see.

But what would you say it is if it has no hairlines, two small spots, one mark on the chest, and a flawless reverse. From what I can tell, there are no hairlines.
<< <i>The coin grades between PR61 and PR69 depending on how many impossible to detect from images hairlines it has. ouch >>
That's probably the only correct answer that can be said of a picture grade thread. There could be so many hairlines that are hidden by trickery it's laughable to even attempt to give a grade.

It's not about trickery. Hairlines are just flat impossible to capture in an image of a proof coin without shooting under extremely harsh light at a severe angle.
Cameo Franklins are one of my favorite coins. 1959 is a very hard date to find in CAM or DCAM. Your coin is no doubt a CAM and maybe even a DCAM (hard to tell from the pics). The grade can not be determined since pics do not reveal hairlines or the absence of same.
I would love to have your coin in my collection.

Clearly CAM, would need to see in hand to judge possibility of DCAM. Probably 66 if no unseen distractions.

That's a shame. The milk spots will probably only grow. I would grade it "melt" or about $5.70.
But if you hurry you could get $10 - $20 on the 'bay.
