This has already been forgotten, but I think that defensive encroachment call against the Eagles, lining up in the neutral zone, when the Patriots were getting ready to punt, was a brutal penalty at just the perfectly wrong time for the Eagles. One of the stupidest, dumbest penalties I've ever seen in any football game on any level - that's a penalty that can't happen. I think the Eagles win that game if that penalty doesn't happen.
Except for a missed FG, the Patriots basically played mistake free football and still almost lost the game...and should have lost that game.
