Is this a statement about how good your eye is, how good the mint did in producing these coins, or how laxed PCGS is at grading these?

I wish I could say it was all #1(my eye), but I have to go choice D... all of the above to some degree.
<< <i>It is amazing that the, um, coins have survived in such prestine condition these many, um, weeks since minting >>

<< <i>Since you can't tell the difference between a 69 and a 70, it all seems kind of absurd doesn't it? >>
Pardon? All my 69's have some mark or tick on them that precluded them from getting a 70. All my 70's are mark-free.
I can tell. I don't know what the big deal is on this that people say they can't tell. It's just wishful thinking on the 69's if you can't see the one or two flaws that are readily apparent.

<< <i>gonna keep em or flip em? I can assume that quite a lot of these will garner grades of 69's and 70's on this issue.

I don't think there are many below MS69 on these... I have been selling a few off for awhile now( a one ouncer on the BST at this time...maybe other fractionals to come)... but right now the summer market is slow so I'll probably only sell a few.
(the 70's are selling for close to $1000 more than 69's on most of these)

and your comment from your other thread...
"Wow, I sure am lucky and ultra fortunate that PCGS/NGC has decided to grade this particular modern coin as a 70! What a score! Sure, nobody can really tell the difference between a 69 and a 70, but since those mighty graders saw fit to bestow a 70 on this one, I'm so excited because I know some 'numismatist' out there will fork over some serious cash for it! Yeah, I really don't know how a coin can be "perfect" either, but who cares! I love PCGS/NGC
I agree to disagree but you are welcome to your opinion. Oh... and.... please don't shoot me!!
For all of you armchair doctors, I was inflicted at a young age with:
Common Sense Saves Cash Virus
and a recurring infection termed:
If You Tell People They're Banging Their Heads Against Concrete They'll Tell You That It's Not As Hard As It Looks.
but i feel this whole sham is a shame to the hobby.
as another said, wow, exciting, weeks old and still perfect!
And a variation of Only What I Like Should Be Allowed to Appreciate is commonly found in collecting circles: I AM Really Mad Because You Bought Right Syndrome.
I knew it would happen.
And your avatar is yummy!
HOWEVER, DON'T EVER LET THAT HAPPEN AGAIN.
