<< <i>As far as I know, the U.S. mint did not produce a Walking Liberty Silver Dollar in 1906. However, they did produce a Walking Liberty silver half dollar. >>

This takes stupid to a new level. >>
Got that right! If I knew how to report them, I would (never done it before, would definitely do this one).
Exclusively collecting Capped Bust Halves in VF to AU, especially rarity 3 and up. Joe G. Great BST purchases completed with commoncents123, p8nt, blu62vette and Stuart. Great coin swaps completed with rah1959, eyoung429 and Zug. Top-notch consignment experience with Russ.
That's a silver eagle bullion coin, with alterred date. I question if it's even an authentic silver eagle. Maybe he bought these at a yard sale. >>
It's not a SAE at all. Friend of mine went to Hong Kong over a year ago and came back with one just like that, and a couple of others....he thought they were real, old, and worth some money. He paid less than $20 for 3-4 "coins". All, including a 1897 morgan, were fake. Not even silver.
These are cheap, low quality counterfeits made from some sort of base metal and certainly not silver. Although I would not be surprised to see these coming through and out of China, I have heard that this 1906 Dollar design has been coming out of the Middle East.

<< <i>Either counterfeit or altered date. >>
It's a chinese piece of chit.
I sent seller a note saying the same, with a nice "better take it off ebay before you get burned" explanation!

Nah, not a silver eagle with altered date. Just a piece of cast crappola.

<< <i>All his coins are fake. Wow, what are the chances of that
Man was I shocked to see a trade dollar in his other items...

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
