Love those Balboas!!

This is probably one of my new favorites for an attractive, low priced, large coin. Just scored these on the 'bay recently.

I know the 47 is a common date, but how bout the '53? Supposedly the mintage that year was only 50,000? It only cost me about $3 more than the 47.

    I had an opportunity to buy a roll of silver Balboas, forget the date, but I passed on them.
