Which coin gets the higher grade and which coin do you think has the better eye-appeal?

Here is one that I bought sight-unseen from a very reputable dealer's website as a Raw MS65:

#1 looks much better IMO. looks 64, the second i think is 63

First one seems to have a better strike, but it might just be the lighting angle.

First one looks higher grade and better struck. But I like the color on the second one more.

Both are very nice coins.

The 1919 is better because: Better strike, better luster, few less hits on obverse = better overall eye appeal. I would say 64 BRN still because of the reverse hits.
