  I think the saflip is more attractive and valuable than the coin, if you could remove the fingerprint (on the former).

  *That would be Questionable Toning. Really to make the definative call, you need to see it in hand, but those color patterns don't give me a high comfort level for paying much more than $30-$40 max.

  I buy AT stuff like this on purpose sometimes. Then I put them in bezels and use them as Christmas tree ornaments. Bright and sparkly it fits in with the other decorations except it's a coin. I want a blue I.H.

  Using the words of the immortal "Doops". Sulpher powder mixed with vaseline and applied to the outside of a paper coin envelope. Put the coin inside the envelope and expose to low heat for a few days. Someones attic maybe.

In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible.   PLEASE David. You need to learn that such coins are UGLY. All you are doing is encouraging the coin doctors to ruin more coins.
