    I really like the Kilmer shot - I remember that so well - no one would ever mistake Billy for a sprinter!

    Instead of trying to track down cards for alot of these older players I just had those cards made up. They are the size of a business card and I added the text at the bottom.

    Great job and good choice on the cards. I have a bunch of those sitting here for future TTM attempts. The summer has been dead for me as far as getting anything back. I got an Elway Topps All-American that was an autopen image
    My best auto as of late was a Jack Klugman! Loved him in the Odd Couple and as Quincy image

    Do you have a scan of the Elway?

    I'm curious how you can tell if it's an autopen, unless it's just blatantly obvious.

    It's a combination of how it looks compared to auto's that were obtained from packs of cards plus other TTM collector's who know the signing habits of certain players.

    I really like guys like Grimm, Jacoby (those men belong in Canton, btw...), Anderson, Kiick, Snell, Boozer and DeLamielleure, who go the extra mile and put more info. Sharp looking stuff.

    If it's not a stamp - which it doesn't look like it - it sure looks like his sig to me.

    It's getting more sloppy as he gets older.

    I do believe it's legit. When you look at it in person you can see the sharpie strokes on the card. Maybe the Milwaukee Brewers return address label plus the fact that I am from Milwaukee might have hit a soft spot for him.
