I've heard of a PF01 coin. Anyone have pictures of some pretty well worn proofs?

What coin would that be? At that grade it would have to be a proof only issue.

I have an EF in my pocket also. One of these days I'll send it in. Yoo many other coins to worry about now.

It's a Proof only issue.

At first, I was thinking you might have mistaken P-01 for PR-01. Then I recalled that NGC graded one of the 1894-S Barber dimes as a poor proof.
Legend Laura might know about that one. It was graded AG and was handled by her, the Romito specimen. I think it might be the same one that NGC graded as fair or poor.

This is my only proof coin. So naturally it's my lowest & highest graded one.

I wish I had some kind of a prize for you!
Here's how NGC labels a POOR ONE MintState coin:
PF for PROOF and PR for POOR

That's ok Braddick.It's a cool coin
This HAS to be a contrived coin. That is one that was deliberately "in circulation" in someone's pocket for a long time. I'm surprised that NGC put it in a holder at all since the date is not visible. I thought the date has to be visible in order to even achieve a P01 grade?! This coin is a 0 grade coin.

No business strike Trade Dollars were minted after 1878.
