  My guess is ms61 or ms62 due to the scuffing on the obverse.........

  This 1884-CC Morgan dollar is a VAM 4 with a spiked 1 in the date. It is in a GSA holder. The reverse is blast white and the obverse is a beautiful gold tone.
  
  In addition to the spiked date, this version of the VAM 4 has the die gouge through the E in STATES, and the die break through the designer's initial.

  depends how bad those marks are .. if not bad, maybe 63, but my hunch is those marks keep it in the 60-62 range

  NGC will not give that coin a 64 -- it will get 62 or 63. NGC seems to have tightened GSA grading to the point that I think PCGS may be even to a half point looser than NGC.
