I'd say PCGS would have given it an MS66. Clashed with attractive toning, but I am not crazy at all about the strike.

I love color like that on the obverse, its very attractive but doesn't dominate the coin.

I'll guess a PQ MS65. The strike and hit on the eagles breast keeps it from 66.

I'd be leery about the scrape below the eye.

Heritage's photos are a bit deceptive when it comes to seeing marks like those.

The exceptionally clean cheek I think will get this coin in a 6 holder. No way is it a 7, and the weak strike, dip residue on the reverse, wing friction, etc., won't downgrade it to a 5. Most 5s of this date are not attractive coins. This coin is far nicer than 5s I've seen.
