  NT and the grade is MS64, the luster looks good and no big hits but the hair over the ear is just a touch too weak to go 65 at PCGS IMO.

  I would buy the coin as a natural MS64 all day. I agree with the strike weakness keeping it from a 65, but to hedge my bet it could still have a shot.

  Looks PQ MS63 to me; those light scuffs on the chin and cheekbone areas are fairly distracting.

  The colors look right to me and they fully embrace the devices. A nice naturally toned Morgan that looks like a solid 64 to me.

  MS-65 and NT. The Philadelphia mint did not strike the best of coins, that job was for San Francisco.

  The toning is original and pleasant, but nothing outstanding.
  
  The coin is is an MS-64, which makes it original and pleasant also, but nothing outstanding.

  Toning is definitely natural and the coin seems to be right in line with an MS64 grade.

  Well, it appears it's already in a PCGS slab, so I'd say NT. As for the grade, can't tell much about the luster, but I'm betting it pretty good, and few marks, so I'd say 65.
