For my slabbed type set, a superb 1850A 2 francs PCGS MS66, to keep company to my 1 franc of the same date and grade.

With stories like this one,is it any wonder that I prefer to deal with Darksiders only?Let alone the breathtaking quality of this and many other Swiss coins that I got from Mac.

And the photo of the one franc, not of the same quality, the obverse of this coin is a fantastic symphony of colours, with red as the predominant one.

Or maybe because he's way too busy with Bertie's tale and the Cheshire Brit collection. image

And yes, Bertie and Cheshire cut very deep for a poor church mouse.image

Great luster, it looks like you could turn it sideways and pour luster off it!

That is one awesome coin. I love the obverse on mid- 19th C. Swiss coins. Nice image by Phil also.
