These are the sellers pics, what grade would you think on this. Seems pretty frosty but I cannot grade this series for beans.

is uncirculated with bag marks. At least thats how I was confused on the grading. I have some 64s with bag marks that arent attractive
and dont add to eye appeal but are acceptable for the grade. A staple scratch is different than a bag mark. Your coin looks like a 65 from the picture. Nice lustre, cartwheelish with some toning developing. I really like it and if its for sale I will buy it. Let me know.

I'm not sure what the white spots are rsdoug81, there are several on the rev.

Have you heard of NCS having any success removing these?

These are due to improper rinsing of the planchets at the mint. Very common on 22 and 23 Peace Dollars. The metal is etched in these places and it will not come off.
Ouch!

However, I would say MS63
The reverse has those shiney abrations on the eagle's wings, which takes it out of the MS-65 class right off the bat IMO.

BUT -- not very exciting with those spots. Such a common date that the coin you buy should really be a ZONKER, or why buy it at all. Doesn't matter if it's a 63 ZONKER, a 64 ZONKER, etc. -- make the coin one that counts. I'd pass on this one. It does not do anything special for me.
