Peace dollar collectors how would you grade this Peace

These are the sellers pics, what grade would you think on this. Seems pretty frosty but I cannot grade this series for beans.

ms-65 You have to decide what is wear and what are bag marks. Wear on Peace dollars and larger coins is different than a coin that
is uncirculated with bag marks. At least thats how I was confused on the grading. I have some 64s with bag marks that arent attractive
and dont add to eye appeal but are acceptable for the grade. A staple scratch is different than a bag mark. Your coin looks like a 65 from the picture. Nice lustre, cartwheelish with some toning developing. I really like it and if its for sale I will buy it. Let me know.

It's hard to tell from the pic, but I'll say 64. What's going on with the spot under the eagle's head?

Theres another near the olive branch. Pesky little milk spots, see them on Peace dollars all the time.

Have you heard of NCS having any success removing these?

I would venture ms65 as well, based on what I can see. I've got some Peaces myself with milk spotties, too. image

These are due to improper rinsing of the planchets at the mint. Very common on 22 and 23 Peace Dollars. The metal is etched in these places and it will not come off.

Maybe I'm tough on these things, but I actually see an AU58 coin.

Not the best pictures, the quality of the photos could be hiding a variety of sins.
    However, I would say MS63

    MS-64

The reverse has those shiney abrations on the eagle's wings, which takes it out of the MS-65 class right off the bat IMO.

Thanks to all for your thoughts on this one. Fairly wide range of guesses from AU to MS65 with the avg thinking MS64. The sellers pics are not that great but I'm thinking its a 64 to 65 myself. Its currently in a NNC MS66 holder, clearly not an MS66 but for sixty bucks I figured I'd gamble and see it in person.

    Tough to say. Probably 64.

BUT -- not very exciting with those spots. Such a common date that the coin you buy should really be a ZONKER, or why buy it at all. Doesn't matter if it's a 63 ZONKER, a 64 ZONKER, etc. -- make the coin one that counts. I'd pass on this one. It does not do anything special for me.
