Unless the thread is some long stupid diatribe between two members trying to out do one another, I usually read every posts. Otherwise, I just answer the original question and move on.

I usually read an entire thread before replying but sometimes will skim
most responses. I always read them after replying but it might not be
till right before they slip off into the archives.

I usually read all the posts but I will skip past posts from a few people.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

It depends. If it's a guess the grade thread, I'll just guess, then read the rest. If it's a good juicy flame thread, I'll savor each post.

Most of the time I'll read it all. Sometimes if the posts are long and generally repetitive I'll skip some over.

If there have been a lot of responses, I usually read the first post and try to answer that before I read many of the others. This is especially true of the "grade my coin" posts. I really want to avoid being influenced by those who came before me. If I'm wrong, then that's the way it goes.

If interesting will read all. If a thread or replies are extensive, I get tired and move on unless aparently educational.

As a rule I read all the posts unless, as mentioned aboveimage, it is a guess the grade thread. And as also mentioned aboveimage I do filter out certain members.

I found out a long time ago that I learn much more when reading and listening, than when writing and running my mouth.

All depends what the thread is all about.

Pic thread: all the posts, of course.

Grade guess: I give mine before looking at others.

    Grades received: I generally ignore.

Educational thread: I read all the posts.

    I'm leaving thread: read all.

I'm coming thread: post my welcome and move on, except for any newbies whose first post is to rant and bash the members of thiese boards.

    Scammer bashing: all.

Flame thread: tiresome after a couple of pages.
