I know it's too late and it shouldn't count because i didn't post it here but i threw down $ 15 on the Rams last night. I should've bet $100 lol . I believe i was 7 out of 9 this week. Thinking about quitting my job to go full time with the games lol
Wondo, that MNF game is funny. Two teams that just missed going to their division's 2003 championship game - that matchup looked like a possible superbowl preview. But now that game is between two 1-3 "bottom feeders" with the coveted #20 on the ESPN power ranking on the line! Seriously though, wait till you hear the QB report. If Farve is healthy and McNair isn't it'll be GB by a TD, but if both are healthy GB will be favored by 3.5 to 4.

I'm pretty new to this as well. They have started a line for "in game quarters" so at the end of the 3rd quarter you can bet on the 4th quarter. Likewise between 1st and 2nd. You are just betting on that quarter. So field position is key. In the case of the 9ers Rams, the 9ers were about to score (on the Ram's 16 yd line) yet the books said they'd score as many as the Ram's in the 4th Q. The 9er's outscored the Rams 14-0 in the 4th. I like these lines because they are a good way to "double up" Like tonight I had the Chiefs S/U at +225. They were up by 3 going into the 4th Q about to score yet Ravens+4 was +125. I took this because I would have to win either this or the Chiefs, but there was a good chance I'd win both, which was what happened
0-4 in the NFL, arrg. Lost 3 in OT and lost the 4th on a 4-1 on the goal line to end the game.
My initial thought tonight was under 43.5 and Tenn +3 so I'm going with a parlay of over 43.5 and Green Bay -3 - if all my thoughts are wrong then the opposite must be right!
I'm leaning towards Duke +21 over GaTech, Maryland -2.5 over NCST, Texas -14 over Missouri and Carolina +9 over Philly. Maybe I should pull a Costanza and do the exact opposite though

I don't know if your familiar with those football betting tickets but a guy from work has them so i tried it for the first time. They have college and pro games and you have to bet at least 4 games but can bet as many as you want. You need to get all the games right however to win. Well my butt got lucky and won on the 4 games listed above. Put down $10 and won myself $ 100. I actually got very lucky because my first pick was going to be Texas Tech against Texas and i would've lost but the guy told me not to pick college games because it was Fri. night and he wasn't sure if he would see his " friend " in time for collecge games so i just picked pro games.
KOBEcollector, 10-1 on a 4 team parlay - nice job! A lot of people liked TT over TX and I think the line moved from TT+3 to TT-3 so a ton of people lost $$ on that game.
kuhlmann, tough break. This week has been "Who let the dogs out?". Cincy, Miami, Arizona and Cleveland were all roughly 7 pt underdogs and all covered and 3 won SU. Also the +425 Jags won SU in Indy and the +280 Lions SU in NY!
Does anyone have a problem with doing baseball too? I like the Cards tonight and would like to lay $60 to win $50 on them tonight.
