  How was that produced?
  Cast?
  Struck with dies?
  Altered date on real Peace dollar?

  same questions as ANA ... if that's a struck coin with an unmodified date I would be really interested to hear more ... especially considering the other "soviet" coins of that era

  It seems to be a poorly done cast coin. The diameter is slightly larger than a standard coin, it has no silver "ring" at all, the reedings are ill-defined. and the instant "look" of the coin is all wrong.

  Yeah, I have a 1927 Morgan that was probably made by the same company. They didn't do as well with the date figures on it though.
