THEY are probably the MOST (difficult more dense plastic then others). Best to compress (i use channel-lock pliers) on the sides till it cracks the seal. Then pry with screwdriver carefully.
I use a dremel tool to open slabs. But, I have never openned a SEGS holder. Someone else in another post said they use a dremel tool, but warned of the plastic melting. Jerry
I broke one out once ... tough ... I used a vice to hold the holder ... and then used a high quality chisel to split the seems ... made me nervous, but worked fine
