  while they are bigger dollar coins that I'll never own, my needs are simple, I would want an MS 1893-S Morgan Dollar.

  An early gold piece, could be a $5 or $10, with the Small eagle reverse, in AU-55 or 58.

  One of the 1964-D Peace Dollars that went out of the Mint. Not too picky on the grade, and I doubt if I'd ever worry about a big announcement of its addition to my collection.
