Unsolicited ebay user email

I bought a 1900 PCGS64 Double Eagle this week on ebay and paid strong money for a commonish coin, CDN + 30%.
Anyway, the coin comes and it is everything advertised and more, super color, cartwheel luster, semi P-L. I am super pleased with my purchase and that I stretched.
Today I get an unsolicted email from a ebay user I've never heard of which reads "you paid $350 too much for the coin". Nuthin' else !!!
Boy did that tick me off.

Don't these jerks have anything else to do? I am not gonna let him ruin my Christmas spirit.
I would love to hear your opinions about the buy, the email, and ebay's policies and controls.
Thanks.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all.

Don't let if bother you. Probably a jealous loser who doesn't have a pot to piss in.

The email is very strange. Did the sender send it through the eBay system or did they somehow get your email from somewhere else? I don't understand what the sender's intent is. If it was sent through the ebay system I would send them a copy. Otherwise just ignore it and enjoy your beautiful coin.
<< <i>The email came through ebay's email forwarding system and the coin was a BIN so I didn't beat him out.
maybe he wanted to buy it...
I checked his past activity and it's inconsistant with my coin. I was gonna email back to him and get into an email shouting match, but I'd really rather vent here.

I email ebay people all the time. Don't see what the big deal is. If I see an auction that is an obvious rip off I might warn the bidder. Sometimes if I see someone bidding on my auctions and I have doubles I'll email them. No one has gotten mad about it and I've been able to sell quite a few coins. I assume they are happy with them. I've also had people email me. Have had a few jerks but overall people have been nice.
