    The ship's crew notices that every time they come upon a pirate ship the captain changes into a red shirt. Finally, one of the crew musters the courage to ask the captain why the red shirt ritual.
    "simple me lad, in case I get wounded during a battle I don't want anyone to see the blood."

    All of a sudden ten pirate ships come upon the horizon.

    "Quick" says the captain, "go get my brown pants!"
