Is the holder Metallic gold color?
It's the singer not the song - Peter Townshend (1972)
Not even a minute do I buy the whole buh buh buh I'm a man-child japery - Me (2025)
There are different colors and size 35 and size 130. Super nice quality.

Thanks, I'm going to give them a try as they have colors for BGS I like. For those that desire similar for SGC I use https://slabmags.com/

If you aren’t a hockey fan or known of Larry, google some of his fights, like the one with Schultz. Larry was an absolute unit.
And not a bad dman as well!
1983 baseball
Love those 83s. I have 30-40 of those grocery packs in a box somewhere.
Nice Card @80sOPC! I also own his rookie in PSA 8….Don’t forget about the hit on Gary Dornhoefer that broke the boards at the Forum!
Will check that out! Big bird!
This is a pretty clean copy of the tougher variant.
1964-66 Rawlings Premium Photos - Mickey Mantle (w/Black Undershirt)
Curious about the rare, mysterious and beautiful 1951 Wheaties Premium Photos?

Still working on collecting the signed basketball sportscaster cards. Finally got a few back after a very long wait.
I love the Sportscaster cards! Do you already have the Bird and Magic cards signed?
I used hobbydefense. I love these slabmags. I bought several recently. The PSA ones also holds the CGS slabs. I also got a few Beckett and finally bought me a slab box for my cards.
I actually picked this up before the season. At the time, it was reasonably priced as far as PSA 10 Downtown go. I do like the new Topps NFL products, however I think Panini had a superior case hit program. Some of the Topps case hits seem a little gimmicky. The Downtowns and Kabooms are really nice looking cards.
I like them downtowns!! Congratz!!!
Is Downtown a "case" hit? I'm guessing in that direction.
Always a smooth transaction with fellow board member 88horsepower. He parted with these 1/1 PSA 10 beauties for the sake of my first card of a player collection:
And now cue that old Concrete Blond song:
Some fun yard sale finds of mostly non-sports cards. Those Simpsons and Turtles stickers are exploding in value lately.
Wow…love the Viola and Carter minor league rookies. Those are stunning!
Snagged this OPC Tom Terrific - a 1of 1 in 9, with only 1 10...
Love that Seaver!
Late 60's and early to mid 70's non-sports
Yes, they are great cards. I do have Magic and Bird.

Both of these are challening at high grade. Gretz, prob his best image and the Chara, only 80 or so with a dozen higher.
This came today for my Brett OPC collection.
the baby blue '83 Miller Press golf set has long been my favorite. i've owned this set a few times in the past, but i've parted ways with it every time. at some point down the line i've always regretted it, and especially so when i realized how difficult it was to find a complete set again. in the early 1980s, major trading card manufacturers largely ignored golf. Donruss produced golf sets in 1981 and 1982 but ceased production immediately after, leaving no mainstream golf cards on the market. Miller Press stepped in to fill this gap. because it was a niche product from a smaller regional publisher, the 1983 set had a very low print run. i think i'll hold on to this one -- the nicest i've ever owned.
Payne Stewart is the money card (his RC), but the Boom Boom (Fred Couples) may be my favorite golf card of all time
Nice, gotta love a good Buzz and a Woody............
Awesome mint cards! Did you know there is another 1997-98 Chara card that never comes up for sale? 1997-98 Kentucky Thoroughblades AHL Junior League card. Been looking for one for years without luck. Here is an image from TCDB.com:
New pick up here... Ocean front property on Cape Cod
OK, Tom wins for this month
I consider myself very fortunate to have the Chara card. There sure aren't many out there.
He must have been an absolute terror in the AHL!
Moving back home? Looks like Dennisport. Where is the house 🤔
Not moving back. It’s in Bourne near the Bridge
Nice
Random $5 Goodwill find. With the plastic case it measures 12x10! #d to 5000.
Ok Browns, I bought a “Skylights” blow-up as well (SN 2500). These were available in Upper Deck catalogs from 1993–94. I tried to get mine slabbed, but PSA rejected it until I could provide proof that it was sold in a catalog. So if you do decide to get yours encapsulated, that’s the route you’ll likely need to take.
I actually had an LLM search through photos of every Upper Deck catalog I could find, but I couldn’t locate the Skylights. I do think I came across a catalog entry for the card you listed above, though.
Anyway, I’m not sure if you’re planning to get it slabbed, but I figured this might be helpful!
New Mars Attacks Xmas set...
Posting as it's pretty funny set all in all.
Love that so much. That's a great dream home!
I can almost taste taking a boat out and catching some fish at the bridge. It would have to sit shallow, those sand bars look tricky.
Successful card BST transactions with cbcnow, brogurt, gstarling, Bravesfan 007, and rajah 424.
Few more football RC additions
