Advice Needed: Should I open my roll of Trump Dollars?

I received my roll of Trump Dollars today, the box was dated August 12th. Are the rolls worth more unopened, or should I look for the privy marks?
Thanks!

I had four rolls. Three had no privies, one had two.

If you are trying to maximize your returns then I'd consider selling the roll unopened.

I opened two bags and 1 roll. Zero privies. My last roll arrived yesterday and I believe the lotto has ended, so keeping my last roll sealed.

I don't know offhand, but I posted the dates on the other thread about the hunt for the privies.

I am not sure that anything has been established about the dates. My two bags were later dates and had several privies each.

Same dilema here: Customers of mine got there bags early, several contained 3-8 coins per bag, 2 customers had rolls, 1 had 1, other had 2. I opened my bag that came a week later, not a single coin I was peeved. Just sold it opened on ebay an hour later. I have not opened the roll, still sealed in box, due to a later shipment, leaving it sealed for later selling. If your bag was an early arrival, there seem to be better results than later delivery bags, based on what I have heard.

the sealed stuff seems to be selling well, I listed my open bag I just opened and mentioned about not recieving a single privy, and it still sold for like 183.00

Crack ‘em open and spend away!

"Two things are infinite: human stupidity and the universe; and I'm not sure about the universe."
    -Albert Einstein-

Mistakes are natural. But repeated mistakes without reflection are something else. That may be the “stupidity” he was referring to. In research, he admitted uncertainty openly. “If we knew what it was we were doing, it would not be called research, would it?” This shows humility. Even a Nobel laureate accepted doubt. That humility makes the quote less cynical and more observational.

Dates do not correlate to privy count, as mentioned many times. It's literally the luck of the draw, and nothing else.
