I did not see anything about this posted on forum. When I saw this in the recent ANA Numismatist publication (image below) I realized that I had not seen or heard anything from @coinsarefun (Stefanie Haydu) for a while. She had previously mentioned some health problems. I never met her in person but we corresponded several times and she was a valued numismatic colleague and customer. Below is an image of one of her favorite exonumia items.

    Oh no! I’ve bought and sold to and from her several times. We enjoyed a lot of similar interests with our collections. She was always a pleasure to deal with. So sorry to hear this.

    Never had any interactions with her, but saw her on the boards many times. Seemed like a very nice and genuine person. So very sorry to hear this. 😢

    Oh that's so sad to hear, I really liked Stef, she would always stop by my table at any coin show she attended and we would chat about her tokens. She had a great eye and a wonderful collection. We both loved vibrant toned coins and would discuss them every time I saw her. I'm so sorry to hear this, she will be missed!

    Sorry to hear. She’d contact me regularly whenever she had a submission come through me at PCGS. I noticed quite a few of her pieces at auction at Heritage a few months ago. RIP

    I wish we had known. I would have thrown out some bids to support her family. I know she had spoken of health issues in the past but it is still so unexpected.

    Oh no!

    Thank you for letting us know this terrible news. I had corresponded with her over the years primarily about Ron Landis material and preserving the history of one specific piece in her collection. I never met her in person, but she appeared to be so nice and genuinely interested and excited about numismatics and several really niche areas of what we all love.

    RIP. You will be missed, Stef.

    I met her at Long Beach and Coin Depot, we both did construction in Los Angeles and retired early around the same time her going to Vegas. She was into PCI SAE toners big time and got a bunch crossed. Gan Eden Stefanie...

    This is indeed very sad news.
    Though we never met in person, we did exchange some messages about photography.
    She really had a great eye for photography and cool tokens. She seemed a beautiful person!
