    GIANT ALASKA VEGETABLES AND WATER SKIING SQUIRREL HIGHLIGHT SEPTEMBER RETURN TO ALASKA STATE FAIR

    Join in a day at the Alaska State Fair held in Palmer as visited at the beginning of September 2026.

    Videos in the Playlist include the price winning Pumpkin grown by Anchorage's Dale Marshall at 1,436 pounds, a 102 pound Giant Cabbage with its blue ribbon, a water skiing squirrel, a new Bonsai exhibition complete with Bonsai making demonstration, Jostling Lumberjacks logrolling at the finale of the Fair's Lumberjack Show, Our own prize winning photos, and multiple songs by Award-winning Alaska Singer-Songwriter Robin Hopper.

    Songs include her own "Combat Fishing" as well as Brian Jones' "Fur Rendezvous" and popular "Better Days Are Coming."

    Also included are our own Prize-Winning photos from the Fair's photo competition. Mine a daring horseback rider from a prior fair event and Kay's "Kimono" Clad Smiling Siblings on their visit to Hakone Japan.
