Another thread you start asking for pics but don't post your own pic. Why is that?

I don’t own any coins other than a Saint keepsake (which isn’t colorful) and some pocket change, which I doubt would qualify.
How many threads have I started “asking for pics”? Your post makes it sound like there have been more than a few. And while I didn't post any pictures, I did wish everyone a happy 4th of July. You, on the other hand, did neither. Thank you for your contribution.😏

Oops, I forgot to mention that any and all coins which you choose to post are subject to becoming unconditional gifts to whomever happened to have started this thread.
Thank you. 😀

Happy July 4th everyone. Mark you are welcome but I will not indulge you by posting a pic.
FWIW you don't have to own a coin to post a pic.
Believe it or not, I already knew that I didn’t need to own a coin in order to post a picture of one. And lucky me, as I didn’t care whether you posted a picture. Plenty of other posters did a fine job of that and I appreciate their efforts.

So again you choose not to contribute to your own threads. Got it.
Not sure why it bothers me so I will just choose to ignore your future threads which I already know your response will be thank you.
Upon reflecting I want to apologize for thread crapping as I do not like it when others hijack mine or other people's threads.
I hope you and your family have a safe and happy holiday weekend!

The first coin that popped into my head was the Jimmy Hayes 1792 Half Disme. Remarkably, I remembered that I had seen a photo of the coin on my late friend Robert Koppelman’s website many years ago. Even more remarkably, the website and photo were still available, 11 years after his death. (Big thanks to his heirs, who are presumably paying the cost to keep it going!) Despite a request not to repost the images to a public forum without his consent, I’m going to do it anyway. I don’t think he’d mind - probably just the opposite - and I can’t very well ask him for permission. Just please don’t reuse the photo anywhere else. BTW, lots of other great photos on his website.
