PCGS Phone Support None Available

Been on Phone Hold lately a couple of time .My Subscription is not being mailed. My last issue was Number (1 ) My- June 2025 and my current member ship expire's December 08,2026 for PCGS Insider. Use to be able to call by Landline and someone was always available for Help immediatley

    Yes. Calling PCGS has become very difficult recently, if not impossible, but using the support form seems to work.

    Then hire taller staff! We the customers are seriously having issues reaching y'all!
