Anyone know how to load a profile picture on the Registry page?

For the life or me, and no matter the size (I made sure it is plenty small enough) and confirming it is a JPEG I can't get the photo to load when I edit my profile page. When I try it looks like it is working for a moment and then it stops and nothing has happened.

Same for me and I've been trying to update my photo, on and off, for a year.

it could be the photo you are choosing to load is too large. If it is a raw file, try using the Microsoft snipping tool on top of the photo and then upload that one. it is a lower resolution and might solve the issue.

    Thank you.
The photo I attempted is my avatar. Plenty small enough.

It is actually not a photo of me.

  • I have been having the same problem, off and on for about 4 weeks now. I've snapped, snipped decreased the pixels and resized to 256 x 256 (as suggested on the site), but to no avail. I've tried jpg, png and a few other formats, but the result is always the same. It almost acts like the feature is disabled. Maybe someone from support can look into the issue. I tried calling in, but the wait was never ending...

    Two quick thoughts:
First, and most importantly, I am sorry this is also happening to you. It sounds like you went through all the steps I did without successful results.
Secondly, and this is a bit more difficult to admit on a public forum, I am glad I am not alone.
