    Thats a fair question. I cannot promise anything about a X-over that would be dishonest and misleading but I will say that its a very nice coin. 1921's come very poorly struck. I feel that this coin has a full sharp strike that cannot be beat. It also has a nice contrast with frosty devices and reflective fields.
    Crossing a coin from NGC to PCGS and visa versa can be a challenge as well.
    I am selling it as graded in the ICG holder. I think my images are pretty good but I am happy to take more if necessary..
    The last time I sent a Morgan to PCGS that I felt was PL it took me 3 tries but I did get that PL. PCGS is tougher than NGC in this category.
    I think every coin collector knows that submitting coins to a TPG is a roll of the dice.
    I could have answered your question in one word, maybe ,but I wanted to give a full and honest answer to your question.
