Actually, no. You are not a loser.
Philly is notoriously not as good at producing these as West Point. Your results are typical, and are why the 70s carry such a high premium for them as compared to most ASEs.
If you didn't know, now you do. All you did was buy 4 lottery tickets that didn't work out. IMHO, it was worth the shot.

I did screen them a little. I had a 5th that I sold raw as I saw a flaw on it. I thought these were good.
You can't look at the pop reports either. Those numbers reflect bulk submissions with min grade PR70. It could be coin quality but I also have seen PCGS really raising the bar lately.
