The pastel is not one I have seen on the WC... toning usually darker... but not sure there is anything wrong with.. maybe just stored in an envelope rather than original holders

my guess straight AU58
The pinkish and blue hues are both oddly light in a way that I'm not used to seeing on NT coins; for an NT coin I'd expect the shade to be a bit darker and the color a bit richer. That said, I think the photo's a bit unevenly lit and overexposed, so I'm having some trouble gauging what I see with how the coin may actually look. I'd lean to something not being quite right, but that could be a dip followed by some storage in the right kind of holder. The colors are a bit reminiscent of Silver Eagles stored in PCI holders, but you don't usually see those hues on 90% coins, which is where the surface being stripped could come into play.
All that said, I lean towards not natural from what I see, but I'm not super wedded to the opinion.
I think it's very original. Many coins of this issue developed unusually wild toning in the correct conditions.

Straight MS63
Straight grade. I suspect 63+. I would not likely submit as I doubt it makes economic sense. Album or airtite.

Good luck in your pursuit of the series. I like the coin you posted- just not the grade. It did benefit from the luster and the color. I do believe superb GEMS are worth looking for and submitting.

Probably received a point or three jump on the tone. I was guessing MS63 at best due to the apparent abrasions and scratches. I won't quit my day or night job.

1- I see you never offered an opinion before the coin grade was revealed.
2- Yes, the difficulty of providing an accurate assessment based only off of an overexposed cell phone photo proved to be a task that allowed others to show their vulnerability. (At least they tried.)
3- I think @Maywood is still a bit butt hurt over being called out on a couple of his threads and is expressing his 'disappointment' here on this thread.
This is an example of an MS-63-4 coin hiding under MS-67 toning. It's not for me.
Here's my type piece. It's graded MS-64.
I remember getting these in change. Hard to get too wound up one way or another honestly.

Since your PM function is set up to block, I am forced to reply here. Have you considered that I don't spend my every waking moment here, which means I saw the thread after the grade had been posted?? Further, I'm not "butt hurt" over any imagined "called out" incidents. I take things here in stride and consider the source. I have been here far too long to engage with other lesser members over trivial things. I speak my peace and leave it at that. You seem to enjoy confrontation and keyboard jousting. I think you should call me out some more if you enjoy doing that. Heads-up --- I might not see it for a day or two, maybe never.
