Those look like they just came off the Topps printing presses yesterday! I'm just astonished at the brilliance of the white borders. They almost look fake, they look so nice. Thanks for sharing!

Uffdah I love you man. I’m gona put in a dumb request and ask you for your next insane vending break to do it the old school way. Put it in one of these machines at your house and have your guest or guests(I’m assuming that person is me) and let them(Ill wear a disguise) pay a penny and pull a few cards.
One of these machines is on my bucket list. I used to have so much fun as a kid with these. One of the shops I frequented had a 2 penny machine and used to love dumping my extra pennies into it.

I've done very well with raw singles on GMC. They do have a $5k minimum however - so may have to add in some other odds and ends.
They would accept a quality lot of singles that might fall a bit short of the 5K minimum, but fill up a night’s worth of NM-MT or Better auctions. I’ve had a couple subs that were slightly less while others more than made up for it. Anything high grade should be easy.
Greg Morris is a wonderful option as he is a trusted source on eBay. I can't believe you would not send in some of these to PSA. I realize it might take seven months and you might get a few 7's or 8's, but some of the scanned cards look easily 9/10 quality.
Looking for high grade rookie cards and unopened boxes/cases
I have not looked at pricing on VCP for 1964 Topps in a minute. There is really no reason to risk the $22 a card to grade with those prices in PSA 9. The middle Niekro is a must submission, IMO.

Believe me, I’m not being a wise guy with this question - at all - as I know you’ve been here a long time and I have respect for (and partially agree with) your card assessment.
When was the last time you submitted cards hoping for high grades on vintage?
Curious about the rare, mysterious and beautiful 1951 Wheaties Premium Photos?
For raw high-grade cards, the only place to sell and get an appropriate return is Greg Morris.
I know you said you did not want to go this route, but I would take 10 to 20 of the best cards and send them to SGC. At $15 a card for grading, and with a quick return, you can satisfy your curiosity about what they would grade and get a good return on investment.

I don’t think SGC commons graded will do well retail

I grade about 1500-2500 cards a year with PSA (unfortunately). I understand they are extremely tough and their service level to customers is not where it needs to be-it actually is horrible. However, I am telling you that Niekro is a 9/10. PSA will not give it a 10 but it is a PSA 9 for sure. I will buy the card right now and sub it if it was for sale.

A couple weeks ago on a Thursday night I finally landed the Mavericks Team Spots on back to back breaks of 2025 Topps Chrome Basketball. Each of the two breaks broke 2 cases of Breakers Delight for a total of 4 cases.
It was set up as Team Spot auctions using wheel spins. Once the Team Spot auction was won the wheel would spin and the NBA Team it landed on went to the winning bidder. For both breaks I just sat back in the weeds hoping the Mavs would not be hit by the spins and hang around until the last 3 Teams were still standing. That is what happened for both breaks which is when I bid/played. I basically got lucky to win the Mavs on the both breaks with no investment in other teams.
Have you ever thought about playing the Powerball?!
Hey Monte - just a few breaks/days later (on the same site) a guy who landed the Mavs spot hit the Primary 1/1 Superfractor Auto Rookie Cooper Flagg card. People speculate its a $200K - $500K+ card. Where ever it lands its a big card and I was only a few cases away from hitting it.
I'm still VERY happy - I hit some really good ones - 7 in total. I've seen 4 case breaks where no Cooper Flaggs are hit.

I just imagine you drinking some beers in your insane man cave, hunting & fishing at your leisure and ripping insane packs in between.

A few weeks ago I was in a live break of 2025 Topps Chrome Update with We The Hobby.
As they ripped they selected cards they liked and provided free PSA grading.
3 of my hits were selected for grading.
The Mantle HELIX is a Super Short Print case hit.
Wow, free grading is a nice bonus. Love the Kurtz.

You gotta get some 9s out of those dudes, right? There's nothing better than a clean back on a '64 with the orange writing.

Hit the Wemby in a Live Break recently - Jersey Number Match and Color Match True Black 1 of 10
Curious for a little advice.
I have 100 or so count lot of 64, 68 and 70 baseball commons that are pretty nice and fresh. Possible 8's, 9's and 10's.
I am not interested in playing the game of grading them myself.
Who out there do you think might be able to describe them fairly RAW and sell at a decent price?
Greg Morris, 4 Sharp Corners, other?
Thanks - Chris L

Any chance you can sell them here? No fees which is great for you. If there's not a lot of demand you can consign them as you suggested.

The middle Niekro looks like an automatic 9 = $2000
